Our central IT team have all commented on how easy it is to deal with your contact centre; orders are acted on promptly and if there should be any questions they are resolved well before the kit is sent out or the field execs contacted. This has meant that we have experienced no problems so far at the point of installation which, in turn, means we have a field force happy with their phones and the service they receive. In fact, the field execs have echoed the IT teams remarks in that all the feedback on the engineers is very good, very professional and very prompt."
